how to enter
Entries can be submitted by agencies, in house teams and freelance PR/communications professionals from any of the 5 regions specified.
If your campaign has national coverage, you can enter your submission across the five regions, not just the region where your company is based.
To submit an entry, please download the entry form for the relevant category here and upload when prompted during the online entry process.
Please ensure you clearly state the region your organisation belongs to.
Alternatively you can design your own entry form, but please note that judges score entries on specific criteria so be sure to include information on all questions in your redesigned form.
You will be able to edit this entry and add further entries to your submission once uploaded. Please ensure you fill out a separate entry form for each entry. For example, if you submit 5 different entries, you will need to complete 5 individual entry forms and upload these separately on each submission.
The questions relating to your entry are dependant on your chosen categories, so please take care when filling the form that the correct questions are answered in relation to the categories you are entering into.
For example, if you are entering consultancy of the year you will be directed to fill section F of the form.
If your entry form does not match your online submission and category selection, your entry may be classed as a duplication error and may not be judged.
Please also upload your company logo, this should be in JPEG or PDF formant and not exceed 2MB.
